• 4 sheets of brik pastry • 200 g canned tuna • 1 red pepper • 1 dried tomato • 2 cloves of garlic • 50 g pitted black olives • 2 tablespoons capers • 3 sprigs of basil • 2 tablespoons olive oil • Pepper
Instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 200°C. • Chop the garlic, basil and olives. • Finely chop the pepper. • Drain the tuna. • Mix all the ingredients together. Season with pepper. • Brush the brik sheets with a little olive oil. Cut them in half and fold them in half to form a long strip.
