Tuna briks

Ingredients:

4 sheets of brik pastry
200 g canned tuna
1 red pepper
1 dried tomato
2 cloves of garlic
50 g pitted black olives
2 tablespoons capers
3 sprigs of basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Chop the garlic, basil and olives.
Finely chop the pepper.
Drain the tuna.
Mix all the ingredients together. Season with pepper.
Brush the brik sheets with a little olive oil. Cut them in half and fold them in half to form a long strip. Garnish them with a little stuffing and fold them in three to form a triangle. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
