• Preheat the oven to 180°C.
• Partially peel the courgettes and cut them into rounds.
• Lightly brown the chopped garlic in a frying pan.
• Fry the courgettes at high heat for 5 minutes
• Spread out the courgettes in an ovenproof dish.
• In a bowl, rub the flour, butter and parmesan together using your fingertips.
• Add the oatmeal, rosemary and linseeds.
• Spread the pieces of pastry mix over the courgettes.
• Cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
