Raisin and rose yogurt

Ingredients:

500 g plain yoghurt
50 g raisins
3 tablespoons of rose water
3 pinches of cinnamon

Instructions:

Cook the raisins in a saucepan with 10 cl of water. When boiling, add the cinnamon and reduce to syrup.
Remove from heat, add rose water and mix. Allow to cool.
Spread this raisin compote over the bottom of the glass jars and top with plain yoghurt.
