• 500 g plain yoghurt • 50 g raisins • 3 tablespoons of rose water • 3 pinches of cinnamon
• Cook the raisins in a saucepan with 10 cl of water. When boiling, add the cinnamon and reduce to syrup. • Remove from heat, add rose water and mix. Allow to cool. • Spread this raisin compote over the bottom of the glass jars and top with plain yoghurt.

Rose water, cinnamon and grapes are typical flavors of oriental cuisine. Feel free to replace dried fruit with fresh seasonal fruit.
