• 500 g plain yoghurt • 50 g raisins • 3 tablespoons of rose water • 3 pinches of cinnamon
Instructions:
• Cook the raisins in a saucepan with 10 cl of water. When boiling, add the cinnamon and reduce to syrup. • Remove from heat, add rose water and mix. Allow to cool. • Spread this raisin compote over the bottom of the glass jars and top with plain yoghurt.
