• Preheat the oven to180°C.
• Mix the olive oil, white wine, alcohol, cinnamon, and sugar.
• Add the flour gradually to obtain a non-sticky dough.
• Roll out the dough thinly, then cut into rectangles.
• Prick with a fork. Brush with egg yolk and the sugar-cinnamon mix.
• Bake at 180°C for around 10 min until golden.
• Cool on a rack and keep in an airtight container so that they remain crispy.
