• 4 pears • 500 mL water • 5 g Ceylon tea • 1 clove • 1 tsp vanilla essence • 100 g berries or dried fruit
Instructions:
• Peel the pears • Boil the water. Add the tea, the vanilla, and the clove. • Couver and let brew for 3 minutes. Filter and reserve the water. • Add the pears and reheat for 30 minutes. • Cool after cooking for at least 2 hours. • Just before serving, fill with the berries or dried fruit.
