Ingredients:

200 g of flour
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
30 g butter
1 pinch of salt
15 g crushed walnuts
15 g pine nuts
30 g caster sugar
Icing sugar

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, mix the flour, water and lemon to make a homogeneous dough.
In a blender, mix the walnuts, pine nuts and powdered sugar to make a filling.
Take a ball of dough. Make a hole with your finger. Fill with stuffing and close tightly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. They must not brown.
