• 600 g minced beef or lamb • 1 clove of garlic • ½ teaspoon of ground coriander • ½ teaspoon of cumin powder • 1 pinch of cinnamon • Salt, pepper • 1 tablespoon olive oil • ½ tablespoon of lemon juice • 4 tomatoes • ½ cucumber • 4 radishes • 1 bunch of parsley • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
Instructions:
• Chop the garlic and parsley. • Add to the meat. Season with salt, pepper and spices. • Shape the mix into sausages around skewers. Leave to set in a cool place. • Grill the skewers for about ten minutes. • Dice tomatoes, radishes and cucumber. • Shred the lettuce. • Mix everything together and season with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
