• Chop the garlic and parsley.
• Add to the meat. Season with salt, pepper and spices.
• Shape the mix into sausages around skewers. Leave to set in a cool place.
• Grill the skewers for about ten minutes.
• Dice tomatoes, radishes and cucumber.
