• 2 sheets of gelatin • 40 cl almond milk • 25 g sugar • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract • 1/2 cm of finely chopped ginger
Instructions:
• Put the gelatin leaves in cold water to soften. • In a saucepan, pour in the almond milk, sugar, ginger and almond extract. • Heat until simmering (about 5 minutes). • Squeeze out the gelatin and add it to the preparation. • Pour into a rectangular mold and place in a cool place for 3 hours. • Unmold and cut into cubes.
