• 50 g mixed dried seaweed : dulse, sea lettuce, nori (available in organic stores) • 15 g capers • ½ garlic clove • ½ shallot • ½ oignon • 2 large gherkins • 40 g garlic croutons • 10 mL olive oil • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar • 3 sprigs of parsley • 3 sprigs of chives
Instructions:
• Rehydrate the seaweed in a little water for 10 minutes. • Drain and chop finely. • Chop the capers, gherkins, onion, garlic, croutons and herbs. • Mix everything together in a bowl.
