Whole Wheat Chimichurri Bread

Ingredients:

100 ml of water
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons of wheat bran
150 g wholemeal flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast

Instructions:

Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
Pour the flour and all the ingredients into a bowl and knead for 5 minutes.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the bread dough swell for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Shape the dough into a bread shape and bake for 40 minutes.
