Watermelon, tomato, and cucumber gazpacho


200 g watermelon flesh
1/2 cucumber
1 tomato
1 white onion
1 slice bread
6 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 pinch cumin
1 clove of garlic
Querter of 1 red chili
1/2 purple onion
4 sprigs of basil


Finely chop the onion and the chili.
Chop the basil and mix it with 2 tbsp olive oil.
In a blender, mix the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate.
Serve in a bowl, adding 1 tsp minced onion and the herbed oil.
