Savory linseed and rosemary crumble


20 g butter
20 g flour
60 g oatmeal
25 g brown linseeds
20 g finely grated parmesan
2 tbsp chopped rosemary leaves
3 courgettes
1 clove of garlic


Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Partially peel the courgettes and cut them into rounds.
Lightly brown the chopped garlic in a frying pan.
Fry the courgettes at high heat for 5 minutes
Spread out the courgettes in an ovenproof dish.
In a bowl, rub the flour, butter and parmesan together using your fingertips.
Add the oatmeal, rosemary and linseeds.
Spread the pieces of pastry mix over the courgettes.
Cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
