50 mL white wine
50 mL eau de vie our other alcohol
30 mL olive oil
200 g flour
1 egg white
25 g sugar
2 tsp cinnamon


Preheat the oven to180°C.
Mix the olive oil, white wine, alcohol, cinnamon, and sugar.
Add the flour gradually to obtain a non-sticky dough.
Roll out the dough thinly, then cut into rectangles.
Prick with a fork. Brush with egg yolk and the sugar-cinnamon mix.
Bake at 180°C for around 10 min until golden.
Cool on a rack and keep in an airtight container so that they remain crispy.
