Poached pear with tea and vanilla


4 pears
500 mL water
5 g Ceylon tea
1 clove
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 g berries or dried fruit


Peel the pears
Boil the water. Add the tea, the vanilla, and the clove.
Couver and let brew for 3 minutes. Filter and reserve the water.
Add the pears and reheat for 30 minutes.
Cool after cooking for at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, fill with the berries or dried fruit.
