2 poultry cutlets
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch of chilli pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
300 g crushed tomatoes
300 g canned red beans
150 ml chicken broth
50 g unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
30 g raisins
120 g rice


Cook the cutlets in a frying pan and set aside
Sauté the onion in the oil.
Add garlic, paprika, chilli and cumin, cook for a few minutes.
Add all the ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the chicken back in the sauce to warm it up.
Mix the sauce.
Serve with rice cooked in boiling water.
