• Preheat the oven to 200°C.
• In a bowl, mix the flour, water and lemon to make a homogeneous dough.
• In a blender, mix the walnuts, pine nuts and powdered sugar to make a filling.
• Take a ball of dough. Make a hole with your finger. Fill with stuffing and close tightly.
• Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. They must not brown.
