40 g flour
40 g butter
2 lemons
2 eggs
30 g sugar
15 g flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
40 g almond powder
50 g dried cranberries


Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the flour and butter until a shortcrust dough is obtained.
Press the preparation into a 15 cm square pan covered with baking paper.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Lower the oven temperature to 160°C.
Gently remove the zest of the 2 lemons and squeeze the juice of one lemon.
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. While mixing, add the zest, lemon juice, flour and yeast, almond powder and cranberries.
Pour the mixture over the dough.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Wait until it has cooled completely before cutting into squares.
