Koftes: skewer of ground beef


600 g minced beef or lamb
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon of ground coriander
½ teaspoon of cumin powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
Salt, pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ tablespoon of lemon juice
4 tomatoes
½ cucumber
4 radishes
1 bunch of parsley
4 iceberg lettuce leaves


Chop the garlic and parsley.
Add to the meat. Season with salt, pepper and spices.
Shape the mix into sausages around skewers. Leave to set in a cool place.
Grill the skewers for about ten minutes.
Dice tomatoes, radishes and cucumber.
Shred the lettuce.
Mix everything together and season with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
