1 egg
10 g margarine
30 g sugar
2 tablespoons grated coconut
2 tablespoons wheat flour
60 g cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
120 ml milk


Beat the margarine with the egg, sugar and half the milk.
In a bowl, add the remaining milk and other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a dish. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
