1 celery rabe
1 orange
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp colza oil
3 sprigs parsley
Salt, pepper


Peel and roughly grate the celery.
Peel the orange, cut into quarters, then cut each quarter in half.
Prepare the dressing by mixing the vinegar, salt, salt, pepper and oil.
