Almond and ginger jelly


2 sheets of gelatin
40 cl almond milk
25 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cm of finely chopped ginger


Put the gelatin leaves in cold water to soften.
In a saucepan, pour in the almond milk, sugar, ginger and almond extract.
Heat until simmering (about 5 minutes).
Squeeze out the gelatin and add it to the preparation.
Pour into a rectangular mold and place in a cool place for 3 hours.
Unmold and cut into cubes.
